Meeting Facilitation
    I can assist your group in strategic planning, goal setting, process development, or
    other group projects where an experienced facilitator is required.  By using a
    facilitator, everyone is free to participate in the process.  We meet to discuss your
    expectations and desired outcomes, after which I create a process that will help
    you reach your team goals.

    I am experienced in facilitating government, non-profits, and youth leadership
    groups.

Event Management
    If you have been placed in charge of a small or large event, I can help you design
    an efficient event management plan.  My experience has been focused in business
    conferences, award ceremonies, celebrations, employee giving campaigns, auction

Volunteer Coordination
    Managing volunteers requires special skills in seeing the big picture while
    appreciating and honoring the volunteer help.  I can show you how to motivate
